The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony was big and cosy, the bathroom was good size and practical, the bed was large and soft, there was also a mini bar with some good price liquids. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. They also park your car in and out of the garage for a price (29€), and help you to load and unload your luggage.

Staff were amazing! My room wasn’t ready on check in so they let me leave my bags and recommended somewhere for lunch and when I came back they had moved my bags into the room for me!

This smaller hotel in city center has many positives that we like very much. First, the desk staff was helpful, friendly, welcoming to all and all.other staff seemed to work well together and did their jobs well. The breakfast offered a wide variety of buffet choices. Plus, their self-help coffee machine was appreciated, so there was no waiting for a busy staff member to bring it as in many other hotels. Walk-in showers in rooms were especially good for us as we have some limited mobility. Closet space was good. Hotel location in city center made walking everywhere in the old town possible, even for us as an older couple. One of the two friends traveling with us wanted to workout, so he used and liked the gym facility as a replacement for his usual rather rigorous morning run (which wasn't really possible in city center).

The hotel is a few steps away from the Colosseum. All the attractions are within a walkable distance from the hotel . The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very clean, warm and the size of the room was ok for 2 people. The bed was very soft. The breakfast had a big variety of sweets, pastries, fruits, bread, cheese, meats and more... Also there was an automatic machine with a few choices for coffee and other hot beverages. In conclusion the hotel is amazing and a great value for money.

Large rooms, great breakfast, perfect location to walk around the city, friendly staff that take the time at checkin to tell you about the city and dinning options (even called to make a reservation for us), and they even parked our car for us and took care of the city emissions form. Hint: before booking, you may want to call the hotel to see if they have room upgrades not available online....

Large suite was very comfortable for family. Wifi was good. Location in Verona by arena was super convenient. Has small “minibar” fridge but we were able to add some things. Had espresso and tea maker in suite.

This is an A+++ hotel. We had a bathtub in our room, and a separate shower! Amazing comfortable beds. The breakfast was more than excellent with fresh fruit, pancakes, two types of eggs, and gluten free options. Staff was super helpful, we managed to get an early check-in and they stored our bags after checkout. The parking is a bit expensive for 24€/night, but work it considering the location and the fact that we could leave the car until 4pm the next day.

Great location right beside the arena and in easy walking distance from the historical centre. Also in walking distance from the train station. A multitude of good restaurants nearby. Very clean and quiet room with a comfortable spacious bathroom. Great breakfast buffet. Above all exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff.

Such a lovely stay in the heart of verona . Everything in this hotel was exactly as i hoped . The check in process, wonderful. Lovely and informative staff . Tye breakfast and the breakfast personel ,the best . In my whole stayvin italy i loved the breakfast here most .
